The Common Pond, opposite Outney Caravan Park.

Ideal for youngsters full of Roach lovely Crucian Carp Rudd and some nice Tench. A simple Waggler rig or pole rig with a small hook and light line and a pint of mixed maggots is all you need to catch.

Map showing location of Caravan Park right next to it is the common pond. To get there take the drive way up to the golf club

(dotted lines) and park in the car park to walk down to the pond. Please take all rubbish cans and bottles home with you.

 Refreshments are available from the caravan park.

     A magnificent 3lb Perch from the common pond caught by our Junior Match Secretary Graeme Binks in 2008. Lots of good roach and the odd carp showing up with Tench and crucian during the summer months.
